Begin with a freshly cleansed face and neck.

Apply a few drops of the included Lite It Up Gua Sha Glow Oil to your skin, ensuring there is enough oil for the stone to glide smoothly.

Step 3: Massage

Hold your Jade Gua Sha Stone almost flat against your skin.

Using slow, gentle movements, glide the stone along your facial contours:

• Jawline: Glide gently from the chin toward the ears.

• Cheeks: Move outward from the centre of your face.

• Forehead: Glide gently upward and outward.

• Neck: Use soft, comfortable strokes without applying pressure to the front of the throat.

Keep your movements light and avoid dragging or pulling the skin.

Step 4: Moisturize

Gently massage any remaining facial oil into your skin and follow with your favourite Lite It Up facial moisturizer as desired.

• Clean your stone before and after each use with lukewarm water and mild soap.
