Thank you for shopping with Lite It Up Corporation. We take pride in creating quality skincare, body care, wellness, and self-care products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy applies to purchases made through LiteItUpProducts.com.

PERSONAL CARE & SKINCARE PRODUCTS
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, skincare, body care, bath, hair care, grooming, deodorant, cosmetic, and other personal-care products are final sale once opened or used. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, tested, or had their protective packaging or seal removed unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This includes, but is not limited to: Body butters, Body and hair oils, Soaps, Body scrubs, Deodorants, Face care products, Hair and scalp products, Beard and grooming products, Lip products, Essential oils, Bath and personal-care products, Soursop skincare products.

UNOPENED & UNUSED PRODUCTS
Eligible unopened, unused, and resalable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with seals intact, in original condition, and include proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending any product back.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Opened/used personal-care products, Gift cards, Clearance/final-sale merchandise, Customized products, Workshop registrations, Products damaged through misuse, or Products purchased from another retailer.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Contact Lite It Up within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number, issue description, and photos of the product and shipping packaging.

PRODUCT PREFERENCES & FRAGRANCE
Dislike of a fragrance, texture, or color does not constitute a defect.

ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients. Perform a patch test before use.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Direct exchanges for personal-care items are generally not available.

SALE, BUNDLES & GIFT CARDS
Final sale items, opened bundle components, and gift cards are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES
